I got a 38. Because my boobs are 36DD. It really was to wide around, like kind of loose fitting. The first time I tried it on, I knew I would have to buy a bra to wear underneath. So I did, and the next time I put it on the red ribbon that connects the cups broke off. I did manage to sew it back together. The bottom was a little bit big as well. But I wear a 9 in jeans. I needed something for Valentines Day for my boyfriend. And went with this cheap thing. Well It did it's job. Lol! It is cute, but alas not great quality material.
