For the price, these stockings are of suitable quality. I am 5'4" with somewhat skinny legs (my thighs are about 16 inches in circumference), and these come up a little higher than I'd like, and they don't stay up very well. They still stay, but a lot of movement (like walking for long periods of time) will make them fall. They are not uncomfortable, and it does not seem as if they would squeeze anyone's thighs enough to be considered too tight (pretty stretchy at the tops), so if you want cheap stockings for Halloween or something (like me), these are a good choice.
