Red plaid creeper shoeMar 01, 2009
By Tina Pellicone Creepers are a surprisingly comfortable and durable shoe. The red plaid is bright, fun and reminiscent of days of punk rock. Love these.
Horrible Customer Service!!Jan 09, 2012
By Carla Mitchell DO NOT ORDER THESE SHOES!! I ordered these shoes for my daughter's birthday and she was thrilled. We were very happy with the shoes at first; they're stylish and comfortable. However, after only about a month of occasional wear, the sole split and separated from the upper! Obviously, anyone should expect a fairly expensive pair of shoes like this to not fall apart after only a month, so I contacted the seller to request an exchange. I wrote a respectful email indicating that I thought it was just one bad pair of shoes, and didn't even ask for my money back. TWO WEEKS later, I finally get a response from them which was:
"Thank you very much for your e-mail. We are sorry to inform you that we can't accept your request because the shoes is USED."
This is all I can get from them (including horrible grammar). They sold a defective product at a high price and we're just out of luck.
DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!
