I bought this for one two reasons to wear it under a black dress and to please my husband i am 5'2" and had to roll the tops of the stockings down to get them where they should have been plus the bands do not adjust well they are either long or very long plus hooking up the garter was a pain all that being said i tried it on for my husband and even though i felt a little fat (being a woman lol) he was speechless and it made me feel very sexy when he just stared open mouthed and the skirt is very cute i would have liked the stockings to have been shorter bc all the way up they came to my groin bottom line i have mixed feelings about it
