Did not work out of the boxFeb 13, 2012
By Musician / Producer Did not work out of the box. Company refuned money quickly but very low quality. If you want a qualty unit you will have to spend much more.

By MaryBeth OOPS Sorry Adam from Froggy Fog's. I didn't realize that AMAZON, should be held responsible for the delay in emails etc.. Thank you for taking care of me promptly on the phone when I called, I am glad I just saw the 800 number today to report my problem. I will wait on the new machine and look forward to using it on Halloween, thank you for being responsive.
