I've had these for atleast 4 years...and I wear them somewhat often, still even now I've never had a problem with them. Lucky? Maybe. Other poster had Bad Luck? Maybe.
I just know that I certainly don't baby them. I'm a tomboy who just recently over the last 5-6 years tried to get girly and I suck at it...so I'm pretty rough on them. lol
What I do know is, shop around and get these, you'll find them cheap. Even if you only get 1 year out of them you've gotten your money out of these great shoes. =)
Decently comfortable, I'd add some padding though if you plan to wear them hours on end.
Overall, fantastic/beautiful shoes!

By DelVecchio i bought these boots for my halloween costume. i am the bride of frankenstein by the way. but these boots are higher than i expected. like i am already 5'9 without them so i was clearly over six feet tall with these on. they are okay to walk in and very stylish. and if your going to wear them for long periods of time be careful when you take them off. your balance will be all types of thrown off. but thats it they are awesome otherwise!
