Cute except for the bowJan 16, 2012

Love everything about the boots...true to size as well as I can tell...I have super skinny calves, so I had to move the buttons over to make them fit. Really like the actual working buttons! The bows are tacky, so I removed them and replaced with vintage buckles. Nice! Got the Violet Baudelaire look I was going for.

They're as cute in person as they are on the site. I just got them in the mail today. Usually, I'm not a fan of heels of any sorts, but these are surprisingly comfortable! Love them!

I really like the design of the boot; however, I'm not crazy about the fact that they are not made in half sizes. I wear a 8 1/2. I had to purchase either an 8 or 9. I would rather the boot to "fit" than to be too big. Because some shoe sizes run different, I was hoping that the boot would not fit as fit as snug as it does. I can get by with it, though. I'm not too crazy about the calf part of the boot. My calves are a nice size, yet the straps are kind of loose; nonetheless, it's a really cute and unique boot. I'll just deal with it.
